Commissary

Commissary is a bit isolated and on its own place on Fullarton Road. They are a definitely a cute go to place with friends and family. The variety on the menu really covers everyone’s taste and acquires.

Sidney and I both ordered the Red Velvet Waffles which were amazing. They were warm and served with fresh strawberries, blueberries and half a passion fruit. It also came with a little bit of fairy floss on the top. It was so difficult to get through two waffles, they were just really filling. The sweet potato chips were not on the menu from what I remember but we did ask for them when we did go up to order our food. The sweet potato chips are so good and highly recommended from the both of us. They were thin and very crispy and didn’t get soggy after we took it away and had some for dinner. We also ordered some freshly squeezed juices which tasted really good and it was a good kick to start our day out!

All the food came out at around the same time, it took about 20-30 minutes I can’t really remember. I think my money was very well spent here! It was like around about $20 but it’s so worth your money!

The setup of the café is absolutely adorable, they had chairs and tables inside and outside on a balcony ledge sort of thing. Inside was very simple just plain wooden wallpaper all around. Also available at the counter was pre-made desserts you can get which all looked really cute. The staff were so nice, they came and checked on us every now and then to see how we liked the food and everything.

Generally; I really loved this place and I am looking forward to coming back with some family and try maybe more of their savoury menu! I highly recommend for everyone to come to this place!
